Walking into this place was like a breath of fresh air. The rooftop restaurant had such a wicked view of the city, and the breakfast? Oh man, it blew my mind with all the options! Staff was spot on too. Just the street to get there can be a bit tricky, but it's totally worth it. Such a nice vibe on the whole trip!

A better bathroom design would make a huge difference in safety and convenience!!! I found odd noises coming from the bathroom. Please fix the shower leaks and lighting issues!!!

Amazing hotel, fashionable rooms, incredibly beautiful view to the old town. Excellent and amiable staff and quick to respond. A safe box, TV set and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the very comfy bed. A huge variety of outstanding options for meal. Good and absolutely perfect location in Lviv not far from Close to the opera house and the historical center and a restaurant with panoramic view of the city. The venue of choice in Lviv.

The reception staff are utterly unhelpful! I had to struggle with the door all by myself-it was like they were watching a comedic show. The shower door leaks, turning my luxurious bathing into a mini flood. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't, especially when I saw others getting room upgrades while I was ignored.

Absolutely loved the breakfast! Fresh juices and very nice globally inspired dishes from the rooftop restaurant made my mornings epic. Plus, the super nice team when I arrived late at night, setting a positive tone for my stay.

Parking was a bit chaotic-manual access by staff was needed, which seemed elusive at times. Oh, and the late-night function kept the party going.

Great spot just a short walk from the opera house. The staff was friendly, and having parking was a plus. Our room was comfy with all essentials. Breakfast was fantastic, with many options and fresh juice. The restaurant food was great too.

The bathroom lacked some storage space for personal items, a bit inconvenient .

Had an awesome stay with a tasty breakfast that offered a great choice and an amazing panorama over the city. I loved the relaxing spa area and the cozy lounge bar for winding down in the evening. Just a heads up, the parking can get a bit crowded at times, but it didn't really take away from my experience 😊
